Direct Cremation
Required Inclusions
Cremation permit is required by state of TN for every individual cremation and is paid to the health department. The cardboard cremation container is a crematory requirement
Additional Services
In lieu of picking up the death certificates in person, you may prefer to have them mailed to your home with a required tracking number.
This is an additional time period either prior to the service or on a prior day depending on availability of when you would want to gather.
Family identification with a corrugated container is an unembalmed viewing of a loved one in a private room. This viewing is limited to immediate family only and 10 people or less during regular business hours. Autopsies and tissue donors are excluded.* *Currently during COVID-19 restrictions, we are asking that all loved ones are embalmed to view.
Up to 50 miles from our Columbia office.
Delivery of cremated remains to home or cemetery in continental United States via USPS Express Mail in standard USPS container.
Reception center is only available for use at our sister company Williams Funeral Home in Columbia, TN.
Personalized video DVD with up to 50 pictures provided by your family.
Personalized funeral register books and stationery as unique as the life it honors.
