Obituary
Wilda Ore Brown Crowder, born June 3, 1924 passed away peacefully Saturday, January 10, 2015. Wilda was a native of Nashville, TN attended Hume-Fogg High School. During WWII, she worked at J.C. Bradford. Followed by 20 years with First American Bank. She enjoyed her flowers, making crafts, cooking and being with her family. Mrs. Crowder is preceded in death by her husband of 52 years, Bruce Faulkner Crowder; parents, Frank and Pearl Brown; siblings, Frank, Ghurman, Harold Glen Brown and Mildred Henry Wilda is survived by 6 children, Bruce F. Crowder Jr., Mike Frank Crowder, Terry Brown Crowder, Susan Lynn Crowder Bentley, Philip Denny Crowder and wife Lana Crowder and Sally Elizabeth Crowder Hughes and her husband John Hughes. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Sara, Daniel, Bruce David, Stephen, Jai, Rachel, Jane Anne, Katie, Bailey, and John Ryan; and 7 great grandchildren, Abby, Paul, Nathan, Isabella, Ava, Keith, and Scott Bentley. She was truly part of America’s greatest generation and will be missed by all who knew her. Very Special thanks and love to Brighton Gardens and Signature Health Care for all the wonderful care she was given.

Miss Wilda war a kind,gentle,loving lady-always had a smile for everyone. I will always have fond memories of her.Everyone at Brighton Garden of Brentwood will miss her.
