Toni Packard

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Toni Packard, 65, on August 1, 2023. She passed away peacefully surrounded by loved ones.

Toni was born on January 16, 1958 in Tallahassee, Florida to Joe Moscheo II and Mary Lee Franklin Moscheo. She grew up in Franklin, TN and graduated from Franklin High School.

She was a lifelong Franklin resident, a committed and loving mother, and amazing wife. She was loved and cared for by many, including friends she had since high school. She volunteered in community service around town, loved working in her gardens, and taking care of her animals.

Toni had a successful estate cleaning and management company she ran for 20 years. She was known for volunteering at her children’s schools and enjoyed being a substitute teacher in Williamson County.  She was known for her compassion, devotion to family, and singing her own lyrics to songs.

Toni is survived by her children, Mack Waddey (Stephanie) and Carlee Packard, grandchildren London Waddey and Trace Waddey, brother Joe Moscheo III (Angela), sisters Gina Killebrew (Craig), Angela Moscheo, and Mandi Sisk Moscheo. She was predeceased by her parents, Joe and Mary Lee and husband Lou Packard.

The celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 12 at 4pm at 154 Good Neighbors Road in Franklin, TN. Friends and family are invited to attend and pay their respects.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to your local animal shelter in Toni and Toast’s name or to St. Jude’s Children Hospital.
