Obituary

Rose Cremeans, age 71, of Murfreesboro, passed away at her home on Monday, November 18, 2013. Rose was born November 7, 1942 in San Diego, California, the daughter of the late Clifford Chadwell and Helen Poutous. Rose always had the best interest of others at heart, having served for many years with the AA organization helping others to stay on the right track. While living in California, Rose was active in the Lions Club activities and as a volunteer with feeding the homeless at the Food Bank of Bethel Island. Rose is survived by her children, Candi Ribeiro of Murfreesboro, Crystal Ribeiro Bomar Amanda Ragan-Ribeiro of Murfreesboro, James Ribeiro of Murfreesboro and Mark Huffman of Ohio; grandchildren, Anthony Ribeiro, Nicholas Ribeiro, Sophia Dutcher, Ashley Price, Timothy Price, Lucas Price, Carissa Elkins and Anna Elkins; siblings, Eddie, Gary, Bill, Teresa, Finea` and several nieces and nephews. Rose’s family will celebrate her life with a private memorial service.

  1. Dear, Sweet, wonderful, Rose. There aren’t enough words to say here, to relay how much I loved you, and still do. You were my soul mate, always there for me, through the ups and downs, I knew you were just a phone call away. Wish there was a special line to heaven, I’ll have to treasure the many memories you left in my life, and DAnny’s life. We are with you in spirit, Miss Wose. We’ll never stop missing you.     Rose mom we are going to miss you so much you were the only one that I could call when I needed to talk or solve problems I wish you could be here to see the girls graduate or see Ashley get married someday this is going to be hard not to go to bethel island anymore
