Obituary

Mr. Ronald Wayne Miller, age 73 of Murfreesboro, TN died Thursday morning at his residence. A native of Wichita, KS, Ron was the son of the late William Ray and Velma Rebecca Mauk Miller, and a 1954 graduate of Wichita East High School. He was a Construction Manager whose profession allowed him to travel the country and world experiencing cultures of every kind. He is survived by his wife of 46 years: Patricia Whitesell Miller of Murfreesboro, TN; 3 children: Patrick Wayne Miller of Murfreesboro, TN; Ronda Susanne Miller of Bowling Green, KY and Patricia Marie Gaiser of Radcliff, KY; a brother: Edwin Leroy “John” Miller of Whitney, TX; sister: Marilyn Sue Schoonover of ElDorado, KS; and 2 grandchildren: Erik James Gaiser and Christopher Patrick Gaiser.

    Sandy and I stopped by Ron’s and Pat’s home unexpectely one day after we had been playing paint ball. We were covered with paint, but Ron and Pat cheerily invited us in. What a great couple…always genuine and friendly. Sandy respected Ron above all others. I’m sure they will hook up and probably get into some mischief! When Ronda and I worked together, I always enjoyed listening to the loving stories she told about her family.
