  1. Dear Brett, Brian, Bruce, Brad and family, We are sending you our sincere condolences for your loss and the loss a of our dear cousin, Robert. Although we have not seen Robert in several years, we did miss him and his cheerful smile and laugh. The last time I saw Robert was when he was here in Lansing. I would go with Jerry Blanchard, his step brother who I worked with at the BWL and meet Robert at his favorite lunch place “Kewpees” Best Burgers in Town. Robert would always remember Jane and me with a Christmas card every year. He always called me “Donnie” and Jane as “Janie”. Robert was quite a salesman. I remember when he sold me a bike for 75 cents; about three packs of cigarettes back then. This bike had no fenders, no chain guard and the chain always slipped. He probably found it abandoned somewhere, I loved it. We will remember you guys and Robert in our prayers. May God Bless you and yours. Love, Don & Jane
