Ricky Broadrick, Sr.

James Richard “Ricky” Broadrick, Sr., 54, resident of Greenbrier, TN, passed away on Wednesday, July 18, 2012, at his residence. Ricky was born December 21, 1957 in Nashville, the son of the late Robert T. Broadrick and Mary V. Conquest Broadrick. He was an over the road truck driver and a member of the Ridgetop First Baptist Church. Ricky loved bowling and enjoying watching his son JB bowl, especially when he came in second in the state bowling championship last year. Survivors include one son, James R. “JB” Broadrick II of Greenbrier, one step-son, Shawn Rachael Kiefer of Lebanon and one step-daughter, Kim Tom Stevens of Hendersonville, TN; three grandchildren, Andrew, Corrinne and Alex along with his siblings, Sheila A. Glen Brown of Goodlettsville, Penny Thomas Gilligan of Coopertown, Kenneth Broadrick of White Bluff, and Michelle Bobby Ray Douglas of Belton, KY. In addition to his parents, Ricky is preceded in death by his wife, Shellie Broadrick.
