Obituary
Patrick R. Rooney, age 61, Franklin resident and husband of Connie King Rooney, passed away at his home on Friday evening, February 9, 2012. Patrick was a native of Norfolk, VA, the son of the late Thomas O. and Virginia Terry Rooney. He was an attorney in the Nashville area. In the past, Patrick had trained dogs for field trials and during the past several years, he and Connie had enjoyed trail riding. He was a fun loving person who enjoyed an adventure. Patrick was a member of the Bethlehem United Methodist Church. In addition to his wife, Patrick is survived by one sister, Ray Michael Rooney of Gainesville, Fla., and several nieces and nephews. Patrick was also preceded in death by one sister, Terry Ganley. A memorial service will be held Friday, February 17, at 6:00 P.M. at the Bethlehem United Methodist Church. The family will visit with friends after 4:00 P.M. at the church. Memorials may be made to Feed America First, 1105 Blue Springs Rd., Franklin, TN 37069 or the charity of your choice.

You will truly be missed my brother but the memory of you will last for a lifetime. The great times we all had together the laughs we had. The smile you still bring to us as we remember you.
