Patricia Sinclair, age 63, passed away February 26, 2013 at her daughters residence in Clarksville, TN Patricia was born April 19, 1949 in Mt. Airy, North Carolina to Mr. Delmar Badgett and Bertha Harrell Survivors for Ms. Sinclair are her children, Karly Gabriel Morris of Clarksville, TN and Benjamin Utt of Winston Salem, NC. The Cremation Society of Tennessee is assisting the family with their arrangements
