Owen Eugene Murphy, Jr.

Owen Eugene Murphy Jr., age 87 of Franklin, passed away September 26, 2012 at the Southerland Place. Mr. Murphy was born May 26, 1925 in Rome, NY to the late Owen Murphy Sr & Velma Murphy. He was married to Lola Murphy. He held an honorable discharge from the Army after serving during World War II. He is survived by his son Thomas Mary Murphy and a brother Donald Murphy and his grandchildren Shay McCool & Dace Murphy along with 6 great-grandchildren.
