Newton Curtis Boykin Iii

Newton Curtis Boykin III passed away December 16, 2011 in his home. He was 57 years old. Mr. Boykin was born in Montclair, New Jersey to Newton and Maria Boykin. After having moved around quite a bit with the Air Force he and his fiancé Kitty settled in Nashville. Curtis was a program director for a local radio station as well as an “on air personality”. He worked closely with the Children’s Wish Charity. Curtis and his girlfriend Kitty were members of Cornerstone Church. In addition to his fiancé Kathleen “Kitty” Mydock, Curtis is survived by one daughter; Brittany Leigh Burnham of Virginia Beach; two sisters: Patricia Ann Boykin of Fairborn, OH and Vyvyan Boykin of Nashville, TN.
