Ms. Charleen A. Scrafford

Charleen A. Scrafford, age 72, of Manchester, Tennessee passed away on Thursday, February 8, 2018 at Select Specialty Hospital in Nashville, Tennessee.

Charleen was born on July 10, 1945 in Schenectady, New York to Charles W. Scrafford and Gertrude VonStetina Scrafford Rizzo. She loved owls and had amazing friends. She was dearly loved by those who knew her.

Charleen is survived by her son: Charles Rodber; and sister: Cheryl Santomartino. She was preceded in death by her parents.
