Obituary
Michael Lee Williams, Sr., age 45 of Chapel Hill, TN, died Monday afternoon in Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, TN after battling diabetes for several years. Preceded in death by his father, Thomas Williams, he is survived by his mother: Janice Hayes Williams of Chapel Hill, TN; a son: Michael Lee Williams, Jr. of Lavergne, TN; two sisters: Lori Kevin MacKenzie of Chapel Hill, TN and Shelley Tom Gurda of Murfreesboro, TN; grandparents: Sherrill & Polly Hayes; and four nieces and nephews: Robbie MacKenzey, Sarah MacKenzey, Tommy Gurda, and Zoey Gurda; aunts, uncles, and friends. A private family celebration will be conducted. The family requests that memorial donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.

January 21, 2010 Michael was a good friend of mine for many years. We had a lot of smiles and rode a lot of miles together on our Harley’s. Although we had grown out of touch the past few years, I have often thought of Mike. I will always remember him as a good friend. Ride with wings my friend. ~ Steve Napodano,
