Michael Crowe

April 23, 1951 - September 17, 2023

Michael Anthony Crowe, age 72, passed away on September 17, 2023, in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. He was born on April 23, 1951, to the late Thompson P. Crowe and Dorothea June Saap Crowe in Warren County, Tennessee. Michael’s early years were spent in a military family, traveling the world, where he gained a profound appreciation for the beauty of nature and the art of sustainable living.

A true music enthusiast, Michael embarked on his journey as a professional musician at the tender age of 13. His passion for music brought joy to countless hearts throughout his life.

In addition to his musical talents, Michael had a green thumb and owned his own nursery business, where he lovingly grew and sold plants. His dedication to nurturing and sharing the beauty of nature with others was a testament to his love for the Earth.

Michael found his life’s greatest treasure when he married Tara G. Pedigo, and together, they raised a wonderful daughter. He was a devoted husband, a loving father, and a cherished friend to all who were fortunate enough to know him.

In addition to his wife and daughter, Michael is survived by his brother, Phillip (Valerie) Crowe, and nieces Sasha Bergstrasser, Marya Wall, and McKenzie Crowe, along with several extended family members. In honor of Michael’s memory, the family kindly requests that donations be made to a local animal shelter, children’s hospital, or by contributing a book to the library in lieu of sending flowers.

He is preceded in death by his sister, Sigrid Holland. At this time, no formal services will be held as we remember and celebrate the life of Michael Anthony Crowe.

The care of Mr. Michael Anthony Crow and his family has been entrusted to the staff of Cremation Society of Tennessee. To share words of comfort and condolences, please visit www.williamsfh.com.
