Mrs. Lynor Scott Adkins, age 69 of Columbia, TN, died at her residence on Monday, March 29, 2010. A native of Pikeville, KY, she was the daughter of the late James Ingram and Pearl Burnette Scott. Mrs. Adkins was a homemaker and will be most cherished for her time dedicated to raising her family. She is survived by four children: James Adkins of Murfreesboro, TN; Robin Ann Kearney of Evans, GA; Anthony Adkins of Murfeesboro, TN; and Selena Eigerman of Sterling Heights, MI; a brother: Phil Scott of Rochester, NY; and a sister: Pamela Keller of Hilton, NY. She is also survived by nine grandchildren: Stacy Sanford, Tracy Adkins, Eric Adkins, Brittany Kearney, Nichole Adkins, Joshua Kearney, Crystal Kearney, Ashley Kearney, and Andrew Kemp; as well as 5 great-grandchildren: Kaleb Sanford, Dylan Sanford, Jasmine Adkins, Tisha Adkins, and Ava Kemp. The family will conduct memorial services and burial on June 5 at 11:00 AM in the Davidson Memorial Gardens in Ivel, KY. Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society, 2000 Charlotte Ave, Nashville, TN 37203.
