Linda Kay Knific

Linda Kay Knific, age 54 of Athens, AL, died Thursday morning, November 4 at Huntsville Hospital in Huntsville, AL. Cremation has taken place per Linda’s wishes, with a memorial service to be anounced at a later date to celebrate her life. Linda was a native of Flushing, MI and daughter of Joseph J. Knific of Culleoka, TN and the late Virginia Walker Knific. She was a self-employed insurance adjustor. In addition to her father, Joseph, she is survived by a sister: Kathy Ann Knific of Lewisburg, TN; brother: David Joseph Knific of Flushing, MI; her boyfriend: Michael J. Wing of Monrovia, AL; nephews Paul and Eric Knific of Flushing, MI; step-nephews/neices, cousins, aunts and uncles. She also leaves her precious dog and kitties. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to the American Cancer Society or nearest animal shelter.
