Obituary

Kenneth Ruben Culp, age 69, of Antioch, Tennessee, died Saturday night, June 1, 2013at Southern Hills Medical Center surrounded by his family.
Born October 14, 1943 in Midland, Texas, he was the son of the late Ruben and Susie Culp. Kenneth enjoyed traveling, time outdoors, especially fishing, and spending time with his family. Kenneth is survived by his son, Ken Culp and his wife Lea Anne of Brandon, Mississippi; three grandchildren, Kendra Culp, Hannah Brown, Landon Culp; one great-grandchild, Drake Allred; brother, Oscar Peggy Culp ofPayson, Arizona; three sisters, Darlene T.J. Pitts of Mesa, Arizona; Barbara Leonard of Antioch, Tennessee and Linda Vaultier of Ashland City, Tennessee; nephew, Sammy Newton; and companion, Cindy Johnson and family of Antioch, Tennessee as well as many other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his parents, Ruben and Susie, and brothers, Billy Culp, and Ronny Culp. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 15 from 3:00 until 7:00 p.m. at the Hickory Hollow Baptist Church, 625 Bell Road, Antioch, TN 37013. Online condolences can be left on Kenneth’s memorial tribute atwww.cremationsocietyoftn.com. In lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to the American Cancer Society. A special thank you to Southern Hills Medical Center for their loving care and support. Also, thank you to the Cremation Society of Tennessee for assisting the family.
