I just found out about Kay’s passing after reading the obituary for her mother today. I was a bit shocked and very hurt to learn of this. Kay was a sweetheart of a young girl when we lived as neighbors in Indianapolis. She called my mother Mama Jo and Kay’s mother would drive all of us kids around to Garfield Park and other places. I remember Mom calling me after I got married and told me she got a call from Kay. I called Kay and we had a long conversation. She told me she was getting married and I wished her all the best. Last time I talked with her and that was about 41 years ago. I sincerely hope her crossing the river was peaceful. My prayers for her family and for Kay. God Bless!

  4. My thoughts and prayers are with all of you.
