June Opal Stevenson

June Opal Alexander Stevenson, age 87, of Nolensville, passed away on Thursday, September 29, 2016 at Diversicare of Smyna, Tennessee.

June was born on September 14, 1929 in Indiana to Vance and Anna Bradly Alexander. She was a dedicated mother and homemaker. She loved to spend time outdoors and she loved listening to Frank Sinatra, as he was her favorite musician. Children were a joy to her, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She was of the Presbyterian faith.

June is survived by her children: Teri Mast, James Tracy Stevenson and Sheri Creasey; grandchildren: Aimee, Angell and Matthew Creasey, Addy Owens, Torrie Stevenson and Ryan Hornsby; 8 great-grandchildren; and 2 sisters: Marge and Helen.

The family will celebrate June’s life with a private service in Florida at a later date.
