Obituary

Judy Darlene Morris, age 54, resident of Nashville, passed away at her residence on Tuesday, September 20, 2011. She was born on February 19, 1957 in Davidson County and was the daughter of William Morris of Nashville and the late Patricia Inman Meyer who preceded her in death earlier this year. Judy was a homemaker and enjoyed the last six years with her husband, George Alan Johnson of Nashville. She attended the Cornerstone Church in Nashville. In addition to her father and husband, Judy is survived by her step-father, Thomas Meyer of Nashville; step-mother, Sharon Morris of Nashville; step-brother, Dale Capito of Louisville, KY; step-sisters, Leslie Grote of Nashville, Lisa Holzapfel of Franklin and Kimberly Meeks of Zeypher Hills, FL.; step-children, Tony Maynard, Amy Johnson, Mandy Johnson, Josie Johnson, Joseph Henry Johnson, Jeff Johnson and Thomas Johnson; 19 grandchildren; and her baby Gracie, her beautiful Yorkshire Terrier. A family gathering will be from 9:30-10:30 A.M. on Friday, September 23, 2011 at Cornerstone Church in Madison. The Cremation Society of Tennessee is assisting the Morris Family with the arrangements.
