Obituary

Johnny Mack Miracle, age 67 of Knoxville, TN, died Monday, May 10 at his residence after a courageous battle against his failing health. He was born in Grey’s Knob, KY to Abraham Lincoln and Martha Lucille Combs Miracle, both of whom preceded him in death. He served his country from 1960 – 1963 in the US Army. Johnny is survived by his life-partner, Helen Bible of Knoxville, TN; twin daughters, Veronica and Vernita Miracle of Justice, IL; two sisters, Marilee Osborn of FL and Elda Dyer of Plainville, IL; a brother, Abraham Lincoln “Pete” Miracle, Jr. of Justice, IL and 7 grandchildren. Graveside services will be conducted Thursday in the Miracle Family Cemetery in Rose Hill, VA at 11:00 AM. Arrangements under the direction of the Cremation & Burial Society of Tennessee. 877 794-3030.

  1. Dad, You were the best father a daughter could ask for. You are very loving and caring man. You would do anything for anyone. You would give your shirt off your back. If that is what someone needed. I will always have great memories of Veronica and I growing up. The way you took care of us and loved us. You never cared when I called you in the middle of the night with my problems. You always listened to me. But you alway pointed me in the right direction, When I needed that. I will always love you and cherish all my momeries of you. Always til the end of time. Love you dad.. You will always be in my heart til the end.

  2. I really miss you dad! I cant believe that it has been 8 months already! I miss our long talks! You are my angel. Angels on your pillow dad! I love you so very much! There isnt a day goes by that I dont think of you! When I look at your grandkids I see you in their eyes! Til we are reborn! Love you Dad!

  4. Dad, Time still hasn’t made it any easier. I still miss you just as much today as I did bac in May, I hope Joe Mara Paulausky Jr found yu or even the other way around. I love you dad. I can’t wait til my time comes so I can see you and Joe again. Just rmember that I love you and I always will

  5. Johnny Miracle has grandchildren as followed. Joslin Duzak, Dylan McMahen, and Jewel Miracle-Wawrzyniak are the children of Veronica Miracle. Robert Miracle, Steven Ter Haar, Samantha Paraf, and Noah Paraf are the children of Vernita Miracle. Johnny Miracle also had a step-daughter Patricia Urvina she has two children Krista Davis and Philip Davis
