Obituary
Johnathon “John” Robert Pickren, age 46, passed away on October 19, 2023, in Nashville, Tennessee. He has found eternal peace in the loving embrace of Jesus. Johnathon’s warm and sweet smile will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing him. He leaves behind a cherished memory in the hearts of his children: Crista Lynn Pickren, Allyson Pickren Keeny, and Jaxon James Pickren.
John is survived by his devoted mother, Carole Newhouse Reaves, and his loving father, James Thomas Pickren Sr. He is also remembered by his sisters: Lyndsie Warman, Stephanie Mickel, and Cara Christian, and his brother, James Pickren Jr, and his grandmother, Muriel Newhouse. Additionally, John leaves a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and many dear friends who will always hold a special place for him in their hearts.
As we bid farewell to John, we remember the love and warmth he brought into our lives and the lasting impact he made on those around him. May his soul rest in peace.
John will be laid to rest in the Pickren family cemetery in Hazelhurst, GA during the 2024 family reunion.

I am so sorry to hear about Johnathon. I was his service coordinator at Trevecca Towers for a short time and enjoyed the time we spent together. Such a gentle spirit and always appreciative of any help that was provided to him. Praying for comfort for his family
