John Cheyne Milligan, Jr.

John Cheyne Milligan, Jr., was born June 9, 1947 in Milford, CT, the son of the late John Cheyne Milligan, Sr., and Agnes Travers Milligan. John was the husband of the late Margaret Clark Milligan. He served in the United States Navy during the Vietnam era. John worked as a General Contractor in the construction industry. He is survived by his sons, John R. Milligan of West Haven, CT and david Jeanine Milligan of Cookeville; three grandchildren, Connor Milligan, David Milligan, Jr., and Ashley Milligan. In addition to his wife and parents, John was preceded in death by 3 sisters.
