Obituary

Joanne Elaine Harris, age 74, passed away on June 17, 2021, at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia, Tennessee.
Joanne was born on April 3, 1947, to the late Dean and Katherine “Kitty” Norrow in Detroit, Michigan.
Joanne was an active patriot and animal lover. Even though she loved all animals, her favorite ones were her little chihuahuas, Roxie and Wolfie. Most of the time, they barely left Joanne’s lap. Joanne wanted to take them everywhere with her, even her stays in the hospital. Joanne loved to collect items with wolves on them for her enjoyment.
Rock N’ Roll was Joanne’s favorite genre of music. She loved Bob Seger’s “Old Time Rock n Roll” and her song with her loving husband was “Kiss An Angel Good Morning” by Charlie Pride.
When Joanne wasn’t listening to rock n roll or playing with Roxie and Wolfie, she was scrolling through her Facebook. She loved to sit there and scroll and post anything that came to her mind.
She is preceded in death by her parents.
She is survived by her caring husband Wayne Harris; sons: Duane Morrell and Jason Morrell; and daughter: Heather Oesterle.
Cremation Society of Tennessee is assisting the family with arrangements.

Love you Joanne….RIP and please give Mom and Dad a hug from me…..Until we meet again LOVE YOU

  2. What is lovely never dies, but passes into another loveliness, Star-dust or sea-foam, Flower or winged air. I feel comfortable knowing that My Aunt Joanne is an Angel looking over all our family and friends
