Jake Stevens Brown, age 35, passed away on Friday, October 29, 2021 in Nashville, Tennessee.

Jake was born on July 15, 1986 to Bruce Brown and Brenda Stevens Heidt in Lebanon, Tennessee.

Jake was charismatic, handsome, funny, and loving. He cared for everyone and every animal. Jake had empathy and compassion for the homeless community. He was a kind and funny heart and he will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Jake is survived by his parents: Bruce (Teresa) Brown and Brenda (Jeremy) Heidt; his daughter: Emma; siblings: Dustin (Tashina), Bruce, Stetson, Steffanie, Rebecca, Erica and Trisha; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
