Edker "Herky" Dyer

Edker "Herky" Dyer, 59, passed away on October 12, 2024, at Southern Tennessee Regional Hospital in Lawrenceburg. He was born on November 28, 1964, to the late Thomas and Liddie Dyer. Edker worked for many years as a truck driver for Doss Brothers and enjoyed playing guitar in his free time. He also loved his furbaby Peaches. He cherished the moments spent with her and his family. 

He is survived by his significant other, Angelia Dyer; his children, Jennifer James (EJ), Tiffany Hester, and Thomas James Dyer; and his grandchildren, Kylie, Matthew, Jo Anna, Emmanuel, Zedekiah, Joshua, and Avyauna. Edker also leaves behind his siblings, Melissa, Gladys, Wanda, Chris, and James Dyer.

He was preceded in death by his parents; his brother, Thomas Dyer; his grandson, Joseph Dyer; and the mother of his children, Barbara Dyer.

A celebration of life will be held on October 27, 2024, at 12:00 PM at Woodmen in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee.
