Chester Earl Newcomb, Jr., was born May 20, 1951 in Boston, MA, the son of the late Chester E. Newcomb, Sr., and Alice Wallace Newcomb. Chester served in the United States Army during the Korean Conflict. He was employed as an auto mechanic and was a member of the Knights of Columbus in Boston, MA. Survivors include his wife, Linda Gillikin Newcomb of Hartsville, TN; one daughter, Jennifer Jimmy Pinn of Quincy, MA and two step-sons, Robert Andrea Beeson of Columbus, OH, and Edward Dawn Beeson of Brockton, MA along with a step-daughter, Dianne Beeson of Tampa, FL. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and three sisters, Phyllis, Martha and Linda. Mr. Newcomb passed away on July 31, 2012, at the Alvin C. York Veteran’s Administration Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN.
