Dear Pam, Penny and Roger: Bill and I were sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. She was a good friend and good neighbor when we lived in Concord. Bonnie and I kept in touch over the years through notes in our Christmas cards and I will miss hearing from her. I know you all have warm and loving memories of your mother. Keep those memories with you. They will bring you comfort and love and smiles through the years. Best wishes to all of you. Gay and Bill

  2. Hello Penny, Roger, and Pam, I am sorry to hear about your mom. My favorite memories of Bonnie were in the sewing room off the family room in the Roskelley house where we would sew for 4-H. Bonnie taught us to sew the correct way, and if it wasn’t right, which it often wasn’t, she patiently taught us how to pick the stitches and try again. I remember her letting us watch Saturday movies remember the tree monster movie that scared us silly? and letting us snack on your dad’s Fritos. I remember her scolding us for eating the little berries on that tree in the back yard, scolding us for pulling apart the Thomas’s honeysuckle flowers so we could lick the sweet nectar from them, and tolerating us breaking off switches from the weeping willow so we could make necklaces and halos out of them. I hope you are all well and offer my heartfelt condolences. Fondly, Jan “Luiz” Berry

  3. Pam, Penny and Roger, I’m so sorry to hear of the loss of your mother. Although she had a long full life, I’m sure it is hard to lose her. Your mom’s gentleness and strength is one of my bright childhood memories growing up across the street from your family. I hope you have the comfort of family and friends around you.
